Dear Children, I am sure you have many dreams, some very audacious ones too!! By the way I am talking about dreams that you see during the day, the ones that do not allow you to sleep, rather than the dreams that you see while sleeping!! Your parents and we have dreams too. Dreams are our innermost desires and in order to fulfil our dreams the first step we need to take is cultivate a Growth mindset. Having a growth mindset means you believe in yourself and in your ability to change, learn and develop. It is the opposite of a fixed mindset which means you think there is no scope for improvement. People with a fixed mindset get overwhelmed when faced with big challenges as they think there is no way they will be able to overcome them.
