ADMISSION INFORMATION
Admission process starts from March 2022 Time: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Documents required for Admission:
- Final Admission is subject to verification of the following documents to
be produced in Original. - Photocopies will not be accepted as proof. However, a set of photocopies
of the documents will be required to be attached with the Admission
Form. - Two photographs each of child and both the parents
- Medical fitness certificate of applicant
- Birth Certificate issued by the
- Municipal Corporation (Original
Certificate will be submitted to the school) - Aadhar Card: As per new CBSE norms, Aadhar Card is mandatory.
- Proof of residence Passport/ Registered Lease Deed/ Electricity Bill/
MTNL Bill/ Water Bill/ Electoral Card/ Ration Card (For EWS /
Disadvantaged Group) / Aadhar Card - In case of Sibling – Fee receipt of the sibling studying in Ambience
Public School. - Alumni – Parents’ School Leaving Certificate is required as a proof.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE as per Directorate of Education
- For Admission formalities of candidates whose name appears in the first list of
selected candidates, please visit the school from 20/01/2023 to 30/01/2023
between 08:00 am to 03:00 pm.
Fees can be paid via Paytm, NEFT or through cheque /Demand Draft (in favour of Ambience Public School)
2. Kindly come with the following documents:
- Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation (Original Certificate will be submitted to the school)
- Aadhar Card: As per new CBSE norms (not mandatory).
- Proof of residence Passport / Registered Lease Deed / Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill / Water Bill / Electoral Card / Aadhaar Card or UID issued in the name of any of the parents.
- In case of Sibling – Fee bill/ receipt of the sibling studying in Ambience Public School
- Alumni – School Leaving Certificate of any of the parents
- 3 photographs of the child and 2 photographs of each parent/ guardian (passport size)
- Medical Fitness Certificate
3. Withdrawal Policy:
- In case a child is withdrawn after admission, the fee will be refunded after
deducting admission charges and 1 month’s tuition fee in lieu of one month’s
notice. The refund cheque will be made after 15 days
